K.M. Jackson grew up in southern Illinois farming and won his first tractor pull at the county fair at 15 years old. He graduated Western Kentucky University with a degree in agriculture and worked with a heavy equipment dealer and a large agricultural machinery company for a total of 40 years. He has restored many tractors and always found time to read books about tractors to his children and then his grandchildren. He hopes his books will be enjoyed by all families who love reading happy stories to their children.
